- OZU Nano Team is attending the Northern California Chapter of the American Vacuum Society Users Group Meeting with 1 Oral Presentation
The meeting will be held on April 13, 2017, in Portland, Oregon. Topic of the meeting is ‘Advances in CMP Consumables, Materials and Tools’. The goal of the socity is to provide a monthly forum to discuss technical knowledge and leading research in four technical users groups; Chemical Mechanical Polishing, Junction Technology Group, Plasma Applications, Bionanoscience Research and Thin Films.
