Dr. Derya Deniz was invited as one of the early career researchers to participate in the 2nd International Workshop of “Seismic Loss, Rehabilitation and Post-Earthquake Crisis Management of Critical Infrastructure”, supported by British Council and TUBITAK. It took place at ITU Maslak Campus, Istanbul between November 20 and 24, 2017. She gave a presentation entitled “Seismic Collapse Risk Assessment of Ductile Structures Using Energy-based Methods”.
